If you choose to save the work you’ve done offline as a separate copy, rest assured your work is saved. If you work offline, your prezi will sync with the online version once you reconnect to the Internet.
Prezi Classic Desktop for Windows enables you to work anytime, anywhere, including offline. From the drop-down menu you can choose from Editor, Viewer, or Remove from prezi.
Under "Collaborators," click the status of the user you’d like to edit. There will be a number indicating how many users have collaborating rights. Click Collaborators at the bottom of the pop-up to expand the section. Click on your own icon to Start presentation or Open profile settings. If the user’s Prezi Classic account is linked to Facebook, you’ll see a profile picture.Ĭlick on the user’s icon in the right sidebar to Zoom to position on the prezi canvas or open the user’s profile. You’ll also see an icon indicating where the user is in the actual prezi canvas. If a co-editor opens the prezi, his or her icon will appear in a sidebar to the right of the prezi canvas. Note: You must have a Prezi Classic license to co-edit a prezi. You can also add collaborators while in the editor by clicking on the “Share” icon and selecting Share prezi…. Once you add someone to a prezi, they will be notified by email. 
Under "Collaborators," type the email, or name you’d like to add and choose Editor. There will be a number indicating how many users, including you, have collaborating rights. 
Select Share and you’ll see the “Privacy & Share” pop-up window. Click the three dots in the bottom right corner of the prezi you want to co-edit. Note: In order to collaborate, users must have a Prezi Classic license. PREZI CLASSIC OFFLINE PRESENTATIONS FOR MAC
